INDIANAPOLIS – Governor Eric J. Holcomb is directing flags to be flown at half-staff in Randolph County in honor of volunteer firefighter Kyle Osgood. Osgood tragically lost his life in a vehicular accident involving a tanker truck.
Flags should be flown at half-staff from sunrise until sunset in Randolph County on Wednesday, May 31. Gov. Holcomb is asking businesses and residents in Randolph County to lower their flags as well.
