MITCHELL – During Monday’s meeting, members of the Mitchell Community Schools board voted to extend the contracts of school administrators, as well as MCS Superintendent Brent Comer.
The extensions approved, both for building principals, as well as for Comer, were all for a one-year period.
Those in administration receiving extensions were:
- Brent Comer – Mitchell Community Schools Superintendent
- Jessica Jones – Mitchell Community Schools Assistant Superintendent
- Jeff Bond – Mitchell High School Principal
- Robert Haislip – Mitchell High School Assistant Principal
- Amanda May – Mitchell Junior High School Principal
- Rickie Mason – Mitchell Junior High Assistant Principal
- Melissa Gilbert – Burris Elementary School Principal
- Steve Grissom – Hatfield Elementary School Principal
