MONROE CO. — Indiana Department of Transportation contractor RAM Construction Services will close lanes of northbound I-69 starting on or after Monday, June 19, to complete bridge pier patching under Kinser Pike in Monroe County.
Lane closures on I-69 NB will be in place near the bridge to allow patched areas to cure. Work is expected to take place in the area through the end of next week. In case of inclement weather, patching and lane closures will occur the following week. Traffic on Kinser Pike will not be affected.
The contract was awarded to RAM Construction Services in January for $250,000. The contract also includes two other bridge repair projects. INDOT reminds drivers to slow down, avoid distractions, and consider worker safety when traveling through active construction zones. All work is weather-dependent and schedules are subject to change.
