   1. Motion to change payroll dates from the 5th and 20th of the month to the 7th and the 22nd of the month, effective July 1, 2023.  This is a recommendation by Tawyna and Kevin Davis to better facilitate the turnaround time for payroll preparation.

      1. Section 5.08. Annual Meetings. An annual meeting of the Board of Trustees for the election of Trustees and Officers, and such other business as may come before the meeting, shall be held in June of each year. Written notice shall be given not less than five (5) days nor more than ten (10) days of the time, place, and purposes of the meeting. The meeting shall be held at the principal location of the Corporation or such other place as shall be specified in the meeting notice. The notice shall comply with the Public Meetings Law (Open Door Law). If the annual meeting is not held as above provided, the election of officers may be held at any subsequent meeting of the Board of Trustees specifically called in the manner set forth herein.
