BEDFORD – The Bedford Board of Works on Tuesday voted to pay $20,000 to Wisely Pyrotechnics for this year’s Fourth of July Fireworks display at Wilson Park.
The total amount could increase depending on the amount of donations received.
The payment will be made at the conclusion of the display.
Dennison Avenue, 22nd Street, Park Avenue, and 19th Street will be closed at 7 p.m. on July 4th in preparation for the event.
The fireworks will begin at dusk.
