MITCHELL – A Mitchell man was arrested when Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department Sgt. Lonnie Johnson responded to the Mitchell City Pool after a report of an intoxicated man causing problems with females who were at the pool.
Sgt. Johnson reported that 36-year-old Jeremy Hanna was making female patrons feel uncomfortable. The lifeguards reported Hanna was touching girls who were going down the slide inappropriately.
Hanna was “extremely intoxicated” and was arrested on a charge of public intoxication.
