WASHINGTON – Wednesday, after voting in support of the measure to censure Rep. Adam Schiff.
Rep. Jim Banks (IN-03) released the following statement:
“Rep. Schiff deliberately and repeatedly lied to the American people about the Russia hoax, read falsehoods into the Congressional record, and used his powerful position as the head of the intelligence committee to attack an American journalist’s first amendment rights. At every turn, he’s tarnished his office to score cheap political points.
No Member of Congress has worked harder to earn a censure than Shifty Adam Schiff. I’ve never taken an easier vote in my life.”
