WASHINGTON CO. – The Indiana Department of Transportation announces traffic restrictions on State Road 135 for two bridge, thin deck overlays.
Starting on or after July 6th, crews will be working on the bridge over Middle Fork of Blue River as well as the bridge over Hoggatt Branch.
Work will take place at the same time on both bridges. The overlays are expected to take approximately three weeks. All work is weather-dependent and schedules are subject to change.
During construction, S.R. 135 will be reduced to one lane over each bridge with each utilizing a temporary traffic signal to regulate traffic.
INDOT encourages drivers to consider worker safety by slowing down, using extra caution, and driving distraction-free when traveling in and around all work zones.
