INDIANA – Applications for Secured School Safety Grants are now open for local schools to tackle their security needs. State Reps. Michelle Davis (R-Whiteland) and Wendy McNamara (R-Evansville) discuss how a new law and funding will help boost the program.
A soundbite from Representative Davis explains that: “School safety is critical, and these grants help schools take important steps to protect students and foster a positive learning environment. This increased funding and new level of coordination will help keep young Hoosiers and educators safe.”
