MITCHELL – Around lunch time on Wednesday, July 5, Dennis Haste of Mitchell was arrested for a class A misdemeanor.
Haste reportedly shoved the victim, Dennis Robbins, while standing on the stairs of a residence. The assault eventually resulted in Robbins sustaining contusions (sprains) to his neck.
Haste was arrested by officers for battery resulting in bodily injury, strangulation, and resisting arrest.
