LAWRENCE CO. – The Lawrence County Highway will begin paving roads today, weather permitting.
Paving will continued through July 21.
The following roads will be closed from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m.
- On Monday, July 17 and Tuesday, July 18, crews will pave Jasper McKeaigg Road from Leesville Road to Fort Ritner Road and Dixon Chapel Road from Jasper McKeaigg Road to the Jackson County Line
- On Wednesday, July 19, crews will pave Jasper McKeaigg Road from Leesville Road to Fort Ritner Road.
- On Thursday, July 20, crews will pave Leesville Road from George Johnson to Wicker Bottoms.
- On Friday, July 21, crews will pave Tunnelton Denniston Road from Fort Ritner Road to Dennison Schoolhouse Road.
