BEDFORD – Kyle Dale Lee was sentenced to 780 days at the Indiana Department of Corrections for violating his probation.
Lee had accumulated a total of five probation violations from June 24, 2022 through June 23, 2023.
On Thursday July 6, Lawrence County Superior Court Judge Bob Cline revoked Lee’s probation and sentenced him to the Indiana Department of Corrections.
Prosecutor Samuel C. Arp II stated that Lee was originally sentenced on November 8, 2021 on a charge of dealing meth, a Level 5 felony and still had 780 days remaining on his initial sentence.
“My office gives individuals a chance to be productive members of our community and that if an individual chooses not to take advantage of that opportunity, they will often find themselves in a prison cell,” said Prosecutor Arp.
