LAWRENCE COUNTY – On July 20, 2023, the NLCS board approved the attendance of eight staff members for the National Council for Teachers of Mathematics Annual Meeting and Expo.
The event is held in Washington D.C, and runs from Wednesday October 25 to Saturday October 28.
The number of those attending was amended from nine to eight at the most recent meeting, and the spots have been filled. Grades 6-12 math educators and instructional coaches were invited with administrator input.
Title II grant funding will cover the cost of these educators attending the conference.
