BEDFORD – A Bedford woman was arrested on Wednesday, July 19 after Bedford Police officers were requested to the 1000 block of 19th Street after a report a woman was violating a protective order.
When police arrived the caller reported he had an active protective order in place against 47-year-old Kristy Fountain and she had just left his property.
Officers searched the area and were unable to locate Fountain.
Around 7 p.m., an officer was making patrols in the area when he noticed the man on his porch flagging for the officer to stop. Fountain was also on the porch.
Fountain was detained on a charge of invasion of privacy.
