LAWRENCE COUNTY – As Joanne Symcox is named the director of Lawrence County Independent Schools, Sarah Daughtry steps into her role as Principal.
Joanne’s contract of $93,000 per year was approved by the board.
Sarah Daughtry gave her first speech as Principal at Saturday’s ribbon-cutting celebrating Lawrence County Independent School’s new playground.
Effective as of July 1st, the change in roles was officially agreed on at last Thursday’s LCIS board meeting.
