BEDFORD – Bridge 36 on Locust Road, just west of State Road 446 is closed indefinitely.
The 1999 bridge spans the South Fork of Leatherwood Creek. The bridge was deemed structurally deficient in a past bridge inspection.
County officials are asking motorists to find an alternative route when traveling.
