George E. “P.J.” Conley, 56, of Bedford, passed away at 12:51 p.m. on Wednesday, August 9, 2023, at his residence.
Born March 3, 1967, in Bedford, he was the son of Gail Eugene Conley and Ruby (Wheeler) Goins. He was a laborer for the Austin Memorial Monument Company.
Survivors include his mother, Ruby Goins, of Bedford; siblings, Chris Conley and wife, Julie, of Bedford, Sandy Conley, of Medora, Gala Hatfield, and husband, Rick, of Mitchell; several nieces and nephews; his fiancé, Patricia Rishforth, of Bedford.
He was preceded in death by his father and grandparents.
Graveside services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 15th at Patton Hill Cemetery with Reno Bates officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
