MITCHELL – Mitchell Community Schools Board of Trustees will meet in Executive Session on Monday, August 28, immediately following the conclusion of the 5:00 p.m. budget hearing on the proposed 2024 Mitchell Community School Corporation budget.
The budget hearing is open to the public.
The meetings will be held in the Administration Conference Room.
Agenda for the executive meeting:
1. Discussion with respect to any individual over whom the governing body has jurisdiction as authorized by Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6 (6)
2. To discuss job performance evaluations of individual employees as authorized by Indiana. Code 5-14-1.5-6.1 (9)
3. Discussion with respect to collective bargaining as authorized by Indiana Code 5-14-1.5- 6.1 (b)-(2)(A)
