CROWN POINT – The Northwest Influential Women Association (NWIIWA) is going to be expanding its mission to foster career connections for women with the addition of a new Ambassador Committee. This will be the fourth of NWIIWA’s core committees, all of which consist of representatives from some of the region’s top business leaders.
The goal of the new Ambassador Committee will be to serve as an important link between NWIIWA and its members – driving engagement, facilitating communication, and encouraging members to embrace their affiliation with NWIIWA. This committee will work to cultivate an atmosphere of warmth and professionalism that will lay the foundation to create and maximize meaningful business connections.
This targeted focus on relationship development will be a powerful tool that enables members to broaden their professional networks, make new connections with their peers, and discover new opportunities for advancement.
The new committee will be chaired by Alyssa Gawlinski, managing director of national events and marketing with RE Journals. Gawlinski is an experienced business development professional known for her skills in coordinating networking events and boosting relationships among her target audiences.
“Our association is very excited to build new bridges with all of our members and corporate partners, both current and future. We believe that relationships are the strongest assets a person can rely upon to advance their career. The launch of our new Ambassador Committee will be a central part of this philosophy. They’ll be the group that opens doors, makes introductions, and encourages our members to feel welcome and involved,” said Gawlinski.
