ORANGE CO. – Late Friday, August 18th, Paoli Police Officer Zac Cook stopped a vehicle for speeding and unsafe lane movements on State Road 37, near Paoli.
Indiana State Trooper Noah Ewing arrived shortly after to assist Officer Cook.
The driver Destiny Chastain, 31, of Bedford, displayed signs of impairment and failed field sobriety tests.
She was transported to IU Health Hospital where she had a blood-alcohol level of 0.243 percent.
She was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
