ELNORA – Mitchell High School earned their 11th win of the season on Tuesday, beating North Daviess 3-0, winning three straight sets.
The Bluejackets won set one handily by a score of 25-11, with the Cougars continuing to close the gap as the matchup proceeded, falling 25-16 in set two and 25-20 in the third.
Brooke Reynolds led Mitchell with 13 kills, followed by Jocelyn Allen with 10. Jillian Bond and Jayden Allen each finished with a team-high two blocks.
The Bluejackets will play next on Thursday when they host Salem (5-10). It will be a rematch from their meeting earlier this season, when Mitchell beat the Lions 2-0 to start their season on Aug. 12.
