BEDFORD – Take an hour once a week to increase your muscle strength and endurance capabilities with Circuit Training at Thornton Park shelter in Bedford on Tuesdays from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m.
Circuit training is a workout that involves rotating through various exercises targeting different parts of the body. The training is performed standing up with hand-held weights, resistance bands, and a small ball. All exercises are low-impact, and a chair is provided for standing support.
The training sessions are $12 each and will begin September 5.
