Joan Hawkins, 70, of Campbellsburg, passed away on Tuesday, August 29, 2023, at Monroe Hospital in Bloomington.
Born February 20, 1953, in Salem, she was the daughter of Ralph E. and Dorothy Evelyn (Purlee) Matthew. Joan married Greg Hawkins and he preceded her in death.
Surviving are her grandsons, Joshua Paul Farler and Travis Gratzer; great-grandchildren, Raylan Farler, Abby Marie, and Brantley Butch Lee Gratzer; and siblings, Charles E. (Carolyn) Holler and David Scott (Rene) Matthew. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Her parents; husband; children, Harvey Duncan, Travis Lee Duncan, Julie Marie Holler Ridener; grandson, Logan Farler; and granddaughter, Dottie Jo Holler, preceded her in death.
Graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 5th, at Saltillo Cemetery with her brothers officiating.
