BEDFORD – Highway Superintendent Brandi Webb reported to the commissioners Tuesday morning that crews are finishing up paving work and chip and seal projects.
“They are also working on vegetation control,” Webb added.
The commissioners complimented Highway Department crews on a job well done.
Their next job will be getting equipment ready for the upcoming winter weather.
Work continues on Bridge 150 on Mill Creek Road.
The Lawrence County Commissioner approved a contract with CLR for $2.6 million to replace Bridge 150. The county will pay $319,536.10.
