BEDFORD – The 4-H Jr. Leaders kick-off meeting scheduled for tonight at 6:00 p.m. at Freedom Fairway Miniature Golf at 1841 Steven Avenue, in Bedford has changed locations. The event will now be held at the Lawrence County Fairgrounds in the Expo Hall due to the incumbent weather.
Those attending will be painting pumpkins and doing other fun activities.
Anyone in grades 7-12 is welcome to attend.
At this event, the Jr. Leaders will get to know other 4-H members and discover what makes Lawrence County 4-H Junior Leaders so special. The Jr. Leaders are a community of teens who are passionate about leadership, service, and having a great time together.
They will share exciting details about the upcoming events, projects, and activities planned for the 2023/2024 year. There’s something for everyone, from community service projects to fun outings and leadership development opportunities. You can also have fun during a round of putt-putt golf at Freedom Fairway Miniature Golf. It’s a great chance to relax, unwind, and make memories with friends old and new!
The Jr. Leaders encourage you to bring along a friend who might be interested in joining Lawrence County 4-H Junior Leaders. Together, they hope they can create an even more vibrant and supportive community.
