Gerald Eugene Brown, 79, of Bedford, passed away on Thursday, October 5, 2023, at his residence. Born August 1, 1944, he was the son of Timothy A. and Renia M. (Staggs) Brown. He married Analyn Abella, and she survives.
Gerald was a graduate of the Tunnelton High School and was a member of the Saint Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. He retired as an electrician with the IBEW of Evansville.
Surviving to cherish the memory of Gerald are his wife, Analyn; his daughters, Marisol Brown, and Rocio Brown Jimenez; sons, Gerald Brown, Jr, and Lee Gerald Brown; granddaughters, Micayla Roe, Cecilia Roe, and Cielito Bern; great-grandchildren, Caden Bern, Birdie Vern, and Mercy Bern; brothers, Larry Brown, Bob Brown and Danny Brown; and his sister, Alice Brown. Gerald was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Alva Brown, and Timothy Brown; and two sisters, Susie “Brown” Speer and Mary “Cricket” Estrada.
The family has chosen cremation for Gerald with no services at this time. Ferguson-Lee Chapel of Thorne-George Family Funeral Homes has been entrusted with the arrangements for Gerald Eugene Brown.
