Grow It, Cook It: Cabbage, Bok choy, radishes, beets, kale

GREENE CO. – The Purdue Extension of Greene County presents classes on how to grow and cook various vegetables. These classes are split into two, one on Monday, October 30, for Napa and Head Cabbage, and Bok choy, and one on Wednesday, November 1, for Beets, Radishes, and Kale.

The classes will offer free tastings, seeds, and produce, and will be held on the two days from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. at the Greene County Community Event Center located at 4503 West State Road 54, Bloomfield IN, 47424.
