KNOX CO. – The Knox County Sheriff’s Office is seeking additional information regarding a hit-and-run death involving 28-year-old Madison Johnson of Vincennes.
The incident occurred on December 14th on US 41 North at Camp Arthur Road after someone found Johnson’s body in the median just after 8:00 a.m.
Sheriff Doug Vantlin says Johnson appeared to have been struck by a vehicle. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
Vantlin says State Police have already conducted a crash reconstruction. No details have been released on what type of vehicle was involved.
