WASHINGTON – Washington Police arrested a man Monday on a Level 1 felony count of child molesting and a Level 4 felony charge of incest.
Police arrested 26-year-old Andrew Grow of Washington following a joint investigation with the Department of Child Services.
Grow is being held without bond in the Daviess County Security Center.
Investigators say the arrest was made following a joint investigation with assistance from the Department of Child Services and the Southwestern Indiana Child Advocacy Center Coalition of Jasper.
