BEDFORD – A Bedford man will serve time in the Lawrence County Jail after violating the terms of his probation.
Jeffrey M. Sebree, 34, Bedford, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine, a Level 6 felony, on March 31, 2022, as a part of a negotiated plea agreement with the State of Indiana. He was initially sentenced to 910 days, with time served and the remainder suspended. He was ordered to serve 545 days on supervised probation in exchange for his guilty plea.
On Thursday, February 8, after multiple failures to comply with the terms and conditions of his probation, Lawrence County Superior Court II Judge Cline sentenced Sebree to 595 days in the Lawrence County Jail.
