JASPER – Jasper Police arrested a Washington man early Tuesday morning during a routine traffic stop at Second and Saint Charles Streets.
Police detained 29-year-old Jason Gutierrez Soto after police found he was driving on a suspended driver’s license.
Police also found marijuana and drug paraphernalia in his vehicle.
Soto was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and issued a citation for driving while his driver’s license was suspended.
