CHARLESTOWN – Charlestown Police arrested 27-year-old Ryan Fox Friday evening and charged him with stabbing a man at an apartment complex.
Charlestown Police Detective Chuck Ledbetter said officers responded to the 700 block of Main Street around 5:00 p.m. on a reported stabbing.
Police found a 23-year-old man, who was a resident of the apartments, stabbed in the neck and facial area. He was taken to UofL Hospital, where he underwent surgery and is listed in stable condition.
A block from the crime scene, police found Fox and arrested him on charges of attempted murder, burglary, burglary with a deadly weapon, aggravated battery, battery, and criminal recklessness.
The incident remains under investigation.
