MARION — Indiana Wesleyan University is excited to announce a new partnership with Ivy Tech Community College Fort Wayne and Warsaw to create a seamless transfer experience between the two institutions.

Highlights of this partnership include:
- Seamless transfer of credits from several degree programs that allow students to quickly transfer on to a bachelor’s or master’s track
- Discount offered on most program tuition upon graduation from Ivy Tech
- Puts nursing students on a “fast track” to obtaining a master’s degree
The partnership allows for a seamless transfer of credits for many programs, including nursing, business, and psychology. With these transfers, students can obtain a bachelor’s or even a master’s (nursing) in five years or less.
Both institutions have a mission to remove barriers that would prevent students from pursuing the careers they’re working towards. Ivy Tech graduates could be eligible for a 15% discount on program tuition for most degree programs. This only applies to tuition and is not accepted at IWU-Marion, Wesley Seminary, School of Health Sciences, doctoral, and graduate counseling programs.
Ivy Tech graduates who enroll in IWU’s nursing program not only have a chance to receive their master’s, but they will be eligible for the preferred tuition rate of $250 per credit hour for undergraduate courses and a 15% tuition discount for graduate courses.
