BLOOMINGTON – On Saturday, February 17, 2024, the Bloomington Fire Department hosted its 2023 Awards Ceremony in the Council Chambers at City Hall.
The Bloomington Fire Department was founded on February 17, 1900. So, this date is an essential date for the department. History and tradition are significant to the Bloomington Fire Department.
Interim Chief Roger Kerr II hosted the event. The BFD Local 586 Auxiliary provided excellent refreshments.
