BEDFORD- On February 19, 2024, at 07:49 PM, BPD Officer Jarrett Tedrow was dispatched to the Men’s Warming Shelter at 1414 H Street about a male trespassing on the property.
The complainant advised Bedford Police Dispatch that the male was Hogan S. Abner (35). Tedrow knew from previous experience that Hogan had formally trespassed on the Men’s Warming Shelter, most recently on 02/18/2024.
Upon arrival, Tedriw observed Hogan standing in the fenced-in area of the shelter’s property. Hogan was placed in custody and into the rear of a patrol car. He was then transported to the Lawrence County Jail for housing.
