ORLEANS- Orleans American Legion Post #69 have been longtime supporters and partners
with the annual Dogwood Festival.
Since the early to mid-1970s, Legion members have provided the carnival for the town’s signature event each and every spring. In addition, the group contributes financially to the festival to help offset some of the expense of putting the nine-day event on.
