Billy Joe Terry, 56, of Bedford, passed away Wednesday, February 21, 2024, at IU Health Methodist Hospital.
Born September 28, 1967, in Bedford, he was the son of Robert and MaryAnn (Todd) Terry.
Billy enjoyed helping to raise his granddaughter and being the caretaker for his mother. He also loved fishing and road trips.
Survivors include his companion, Stacy Jones of Bedford; son, Robert Terry of Mitchell; grandchildren, Izabella Terry and Josiah Wesselman; and siblings, Bobby Terry of Mitchell, Mike Terry of Mitchell, Leland (Amber) Terry of Bedford, Debbie (Michael) Smith of Mitchell, Juanita (Frank) Lockridge of Paoli, and Jerry (Brenda) Terry of Orleans.
His parents and sister-in-law, Jan Terry, preceded him in death.
The family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 27, at Chastain Funeral Home & Cremation Center.
Cremation was chosen.
