BEDFORD- The Bedford Board of Zoning Appeals heard a request from resident Sandra France to acquire a special permit for her home. Sandra France is in the process of turning the home she currently lives in on the 1000 block of K Street into a home for developmentally delayed adults.
The home is already being brought up to code for use as a care facility, and most of the work is already completed. After several questions from the board and some discussion, the motion to grant the special permit for the home was made and passed.
