EVANSVILLE – The Court of Appeals of Indiana’s award-winning civics education outreach program, Appeals on Wheels, is coming to Vanderburgh County on March 12, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. A panel of judges will hear live, in-person arguments in Vlietstra v. State.

The event will occur at the University of Southern Indiana in Josephine K. Carter Hall, Room D, University Center West. 8600 University Boulevard, Evansville.
Participating are Judge Melissa S. May, Judge Elaine B. Brown, and Judge Leanna K. Weissman
The event is open to the public, and the audience can ask the judges questions about the judiciary following the argument; however, they cannot speak about the specific case.
