INDIANA – Weather conditions will change as we go through Thursday. A few scattered storms may develop late in the morning in the central area of the Tri-State.
We will see a break from the storms through the afternoon, allowing for temperatures to rise into the mid to upper 70s.
The National Weather Service has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Watch until 4 pm today.
According to the National Weather Service, the chances of storms ramping up after 9:00 p.m. tonight will be high. Strong to severe storms will push through between 10:00 p.m. and 3:00 a.m. Some of those storms could develop large hail, strong winds, and heavy rainfall. Isolated tornados can’t be ruled out.
We will begin drying out and cooling down heading into Friday.
