INDIANA – The Office of Medicaid Policy and Planning would like to invite Hoosiers aged 60 and over who receive Medicaid (or both Medicaid and Medicare benefits) and their caregivers to an online session to learn more about the Indiana PathWays for Aging program and how to enroll.
You will have two opportunities to join officials for this event. If you cannot join, the replay will be shared at www.in.gov/PathWays.
