Mary Ann Hardin, 80, passed away Monday, March 11, 2024, at Cedar Creek Assisted Living in Bedford.
Born August 27, 1943, in Greenwood, West Virginia, she was the daughter of Chester Paul and Rowena (McCullough) Morris. She married Donald James Hardin on June 20, 1980, and he preceded her in death on January 15, 2014.
Mary Ann was an assistant to the president at Superior Coach in Lima, Ohio. She was a graduate of Charleston High School and attended West Virginia Tech. Mary Ann attended Jacob Finger United Methodist Church. She was a candy striper at Dunn Memorial Hospital when she was younger, she was a big supporter of the White River Humane Society, and had volunteered for several other organizations over the years. Mary Ann and her husband loved traveling with their motorhome.
Survivors include her brother, Paul L. (Carol “Dee”) Morris of Midland, Texas; three nieces; four great-nieces and two great-nephews; and numerous cousins.
Her parents and husband preceded her in death.
The graveside service will be at 1:00 p.m. Monday, March 18, in Mitchell Cemetery.
