Carman L. Kelsey, 81, of Springville, passed away on Saturday, March 30, 2024, at his residence.
He was born in Vincennes on May 7, 1942, to William Clinton Kelsey and Louise (Williams) Kelsey. Carman married Phyllis Newland on February 2, 1964, and she survives. Carman was an X-ray Technologist at Bloomington Hospital for over 30 years. He was active with the Outdoor Sportsman Club of Mitchell.
Survivors include his wife, Phyllis Kelsey of Springville, two children, Cathleen Kelsey of St. Paul, and Michael Kelsey of Springville, one granddaughter, Kelsey Louise Tharp of Bloomington.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Logan Kelsey.
Cremation was chosen.
