BEDFORD- We have all heard about the crowds the eclipse is going to bring to our community. People from all walks of life will be here to enjoy the celestial spectacle together. One group is on a mission to do more than just gaze at the eclipse while they are here, though. seRV is a collection of travelers who tour the country in RVs and perform service projects while they are guests in a community.
seRV has contacted Becky’s Place to volunteer to get some painting done. Between 45-60 volunteers are expected to get the entirety of the interior painted all in a short afternoon’s time. While the labor will be donated by seRV, the community is being asked to donate material. Any interior paint that can be donated is welcome regardless of color. Donations can be dropped off at Becky’s Place at 1108 5th Street in Bedford.
