ORLEANS – The Town of Orleans will celebrate its 54th Annual Dogwood Festival beginning Friday, April 19th, with its town-wide yard sales through Parade Day, April 27th.
Starting Monday and highlighting festival week, Post 69 of the Orleans American Legion will sponsor the Dogwood Festival Carnival. Numerous rides, including some new rides, will be open at 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and Saturday following the Festival Parade until closing.
Advance “Armband” tickets will go on sale from Friday, April 12th through Monday, April 22nd. The tickets are $30 each and offer unlimited rides on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights.
Armband tickets may only be purchased at the Orleans Marathon and Hucks gas stations, Dollar Store, Mid-Southern Bank, and the Orleans Town Hall. Sales will end sharply at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, the 22nd. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
