WASHINGTON – A Daviess County man is in custody facing charges of child molesting.
According to Daviess County Sheriff Gary Allison, Jack Fulton is in the custody of the county jail following his arrest. He is being held on a $500,000 cash bond with 10 percent allowed.
Fulton is facing three counts of child molesting with a victim under the age of 14. The charges stem from events that occurred in 2003.
Fulton is scheduled for a pretrial conference at 8:30 a.m. on May 28, with a jury trial scheduled for 9 a.m. on September 17.
