Grants are funded 100% by donations to the Foundation. “Every dollar given is invested and leveraged to ensure your gift lasts forever,” said Hope Flores, CEO of the Community Foundation Partnership. And now the Lawrence County Community Foundation has received final approval for the Gift VIII Lily Endowment Grant, which will match every dollar two to one up to $750,000.
Since its inception, the Foundation has invested more than $20 million in our community. Over the years, grants have been awarded all over Lawrence County, from the Boys and Girls Club to the Humane Society and everything in between. The grants from Lawrence County Community Foundation have benefited all county residents for decades, and so it will for decades to come.
