LOOGOOTEE – A Skywarn Training session in Martin County is scheduled for Tuesday, April 23rd.
It will be held from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at 26-60 US 50 in Loogootee.
The National Weather Service Indianapolis Office will conduct the training session. It is free to attend.
The topics presented are basic radar understanding, identifying severe weather cloud features, spotter location, and reporting criteria.
No registration is required.
The session will last about two hours.
