INDIANAPOLIS – Governor Eric J. Holcomb is directing flags to be flown at half-staff in Hendricks and Putnam Counties in honor and remembrance of Hendricks County Sheriff’s Deputy Fred Fislar.
Flags should be flown at half-staff from sunrise until sunset in Hendricks and Putnam Counties on Sunday, April 21, 2024. Gov. Holcomb is asking businesses and residents in these counties to lower their flags as well.
