MITCHELL – Mitchell, Orleans, and Shoals Community Schools are proud to announce the 2nd annual Special Track and Field Event, dedicated to celebrating the athletic achievements of exceptional education student-athletes. The event will take place on Friday, April 26th, at Mitchell High School Terry Cole Field.
The Special Track and Field Event is a cherished event in our community. It brings together students, families, educators, and supporters to celebrate inclusion and the remarkable abilities of all athletes. This year’s event promises to be a memorable occasion, showcasing special education athletes’ talent, determination, and spirit. From running to long jump and frisbee toss to relay and wheelchair races, participants can showcase their abilities and inspire others with their dedication and passion for sports.
